The manufacturing process of the CT system phantom is as followed:materials experience baking to stress relief, CNC machining, polishing,ultrasonic cleaning, adhesive protection, gluing,and glue curing. In order to ensure the transparency of the products, we willcarry out the above procedures again to realize the precision machining of theproducts. Then, go on silk screen and the assembly.
