    Ⅰ、Responsibilities:

    i、Over all planning of the work of engineering department, organize and supervise department staff to complete the work within the scope of responsibility.

    iii、Review and approve the technical documents of product procedure, product process, standard and operation guide technical documents and so on.

    iv、 Responsible for thequotation, design, technical standard making of the new product,coordinate and organize the trial product.

    Ⅱ、Qualifications:

    i、College degree or above; major in Mechanism or relative.

    ii、Good knowledge of English listen, spoken, written and reading.

    iii、3. 5+ years working experience of sheet matal engineering project and process, 3+ years working experience for following same position management.

    iv、Skilled to use CAD,pro/E or other drawing software, rich and professional knowledge of sheet metal.

    v、 Dedicated and working hard, able to lead the team to improve team cooperation.

    vi、Outstanding presentation, communication, leadership, able to work under high pressure.

    • Job description：

     Ⅰ、Responsibilities:
     i、Collect the new technique, technology, hotspot and product information according to company annual development objective and market trend, provide the integrated technical support for company business development.
     ii、Make the weekly and daily work plan based on the engineering project planning,supervise the implementation to ensure every project work in good order.
     iii、Accordingto the booking order, responsible for the project establishment, review,coordination and summarization, as well as the project engineer workarrangement, document audit, technical support and so on.
     iv、Accordingto the new project pre-review, recognize the special customer request andmanufacture difficult point, evaluate the feasibility of the new product andsubmit DFM.
    v、According to the project task and requirement, take the overview responsibility of the project evaluation, establishment, implementation, technical support and so on; ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of the project team development.
    vi、Accordingto the project objective and project task individual responsibility, lead the project team member to carry out work, make the project plan for implementation, lead work and appraise the performance of the team members, improve the team and team members performance.
    vii、Assist process engineer to absorb and convert the standard, apply it to relative operation and inspection documents (including SOP/SIP documents, colorplates, templates etc), improve the ability of exception handing and the team comprehensive strength.
    viii、 According to the project implementation results, submit the project summarize report and follow up service improvement.

    ix、Supervise process engineer to hold sample product summarization meeting for closing, and track the meeting resolution.

     Ⅱ、Qualifications:
     i、College degree or above; major in Mechanism or relative.
     ii、CET4 or above,ability of English listening, spoken, written and reading.
     iii、3+years working experience of sheet metal process, 1+ years working experience for project management.
     iv、Independent cost analysis ability based on customer supplied documents and make the quotation to customers on time.
     v、Goodability of organization, communication and coordination.
     vi、Skilled use of UG and Hypermill programming software, etc.
